Robert, Thank you for the great job you did on my last visit. Actually, I want to thank you for my first visit as well (exhaust manifold) since I was impressed with your knowledge and pricings.
But for your service, I feel I have to write you a thank you note. Yesterday when I picked up my car and looked under the hood, I saw that you cleaned my engine! I was elated and grateful to say the least.

Robert, Well, I made it out to Lake Tahoe and the Landcruiser ran great! I wanted to thank you for doing such a good job on my truck. Unfortunately I did get into a small accident in a blizzard at the Grand Canyon of all places. But I did get a really good body repair shop… the front end looks brand new. All I need now is a good mechanic like yourself.

This mechanic has worked on my vehicles for 11 years. I drive 40 miles just to have him work on my cars b/c I trust him so much! He is always honest and will tell me when a repair is necessary and when it’s not (ie. when the car is not worth repairing). I wouldn’t go anyplace else with my cars. As a matter of fact, I had to go to a Honda Dealership for a vehicle recall and they messed up the item they were to repair. Robert would’ve done it right the first time. Great mechanic, fair and totally honest!

Your new car warranty will always be covered no matter where you take your vehicle to get service. If you are unhappy at the dealer for your normal maintenance (i.e. oil changes), call us! We are glad to change your oil, and reset that service light!
